'Cloverfield' (2008)

Well...here it is, the Final Godzilla Month Deviation this year...and its 12 days early.

So yeah, Cloverfield is the most recent Giant Monster movie - or at least to make Major publicity.

The movie wasn't about the monster as much as it was about the people and destruction, so that's why I did the deviation like this with Clover in the background and somewhat out of focus.

So...now I suppose I should explain what I learned for why I did this. I wanted to give you guys something different...and you guys didn't enjoy it as much as I hoped. But here's what I started thinking...last year...I did a deviation of EVERY SINGLE GODZILLA MOVIE...

I was serious what I said at the end.

"Nnnnnnnn-N-N-N-N-N-NO MORE! I'm SICK of Godzilla."

And I didn't wanna feel like that again. So this year...I deprived myself of Godzilla...and now I want Godzilla now more than ever! I mean, I was so sick of Not Having Godzilla that I just threw all these others out as fast as I could.

So...now I can use the rest of the month for my comics and customs.

But since I'm out of ideas...I don't know if Gmonth will be done next year.
